Processing Time
After your order has been successfully placed, it will enter our processing system for verification, packing, and shipment preparation.
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Business days refer to Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Orders placed during weekends, holidays, or promotional events may require additional processing time due to increased order volume. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the email address provided during checkout.
Once your order has been packed and handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.
Shipping Rates
We currently offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping: US$5.99 per order.
Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders with a merchandise value of US$100.00 or more.
The shipping fee is calculated automatically during checkout before payment is completed.
If your order qualifies for free shipping, the discount will be applied automatically.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is generally:

Delivery times are estimates only and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.

Order Tracking

If tracking updates do not appear immediately, this usually means the carrier has not yet completed the initial scan. Please allow a little extra time before contacting customer service.

Shipping Address

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
For international shipments, customs inspections may be required by the destination country.
Depending on local regulations, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other government charges.
These fees are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and, unless otherwise required by applicable law, are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs clearance procedures may also extend delivery times beyond our original estimate.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after completing your purchase.
If the order has not yet entered processing or has not been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If you no longer wish to keep the product after receiving it, you may submit a return request in accordance with our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Delivery Delays

Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect item or discover that an item is missing from your package, please notify us within 7 days after delivery.

Once verified, we will work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Failed Deliveries
